Free report requests: When you request a free report we collect your name, work email, business name, city, state, and up to three competitor names you provide.
Subscriptions: When you start a paid subscription we collect your name, phone number, email address, business name, city, state, and the competitors you want tracked. Payment is handled by Stripe — we do not store your card number.
Information collected automatically:
- Basic web analytics (pages visited, referral source) to understand how people find and use our site
- IP address and browser type for security and performance purposes
Information from third parties:
- Publicly available business and review data from Google Maps and Google Reviews, used solely to generate your competitive report
3. How We Use Your Information
- To generate and deliver your competitive intelligence report
- To send follow-up emails related to your report or subscription
- To process payments and manage your subscription

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Email Communications

- Stripe — to securely process subscription billing. Card data never touches our servers.
- Email delivery provider — to reliably send reports and follow-ups to your inbox
- Cloud hosting provider — to host our API and store data securely

We retain your information for as long as your account or subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
