1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pulse LCI website and services operated by White Soap LLC, an Ohio limited liability company doing business as Pulse LCI ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
Pulse LCI provides local competitive intelligence reports for small businesses. Our services include:
- Free one-time competitive snapshot reports
- Monthly competitive intelligence subscriptions delivered by email
- Analysis based on publicly available review and business data
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Free Reports
By requesting a free report, you provide your business name, location, and email address. We use this information to generate and deliver your report and may follow up by email. You can opt out of follow-up emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
We offer two monthly subscription plans:
Starter — $99/month
- Track up to 3 competitors
- Monthly competitor report
- Review and visibility insights
- Action plan included
Growth — $179/month
- Track up to 10 competitors
- Monthly competitor report
- Mid-month market alerts
- Expanded market context
- Action plan included
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.
5. Accuracy of Information
Our reports are based on publicly available data including Google Maps, Google Reviews, and other third-party sources. While we strive to provide accurate and current information, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of data sourced from third parties. Reports are provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Resell or redistribute our reports without written permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from our platform
- Submit false or misleading information when requesting reports
7. Intellectual Property
The Pulse LCI name, logo, website design, and report formats are owned by White Soap LLC. Reports generated for your business are licensed to you for your personal business use. You may not redistribute or resell report content without our written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results obtained will be accurate or reliable for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, White Soap LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
